THE CARER SUPPORT TEAM at the Carers Centre are available for Carers to speak to either in person or by telephone. You can discuss your thoughts and feelings in confidence, Carers often tell us that this allows them to reflect on their caring role, and assists them to manage their stress and worry. The Carer's Centre recognise that our core services are not always available when Carers require them, and below are alternative sources of support.
