As we are closed to drop in callers and appointments, the best way to contact our support workers is by our online chat button on this website - you can chat direct to a worker by pressing on the Chat button in the bottom right corner of this screen between 10am and 3pm weekdays, this is for General Information, Advice, Support and Benefits Advice to Carers.
Alternatively, you call us on 01744 675 615 - this line is transferred to our workers and is extremely busy but you can leave a message with your name and telephone number and someone will call you back as soon as possible.
Don't worry we are contacting you and will do your appointment by telephone, most of you will now have your appointment brought forward. Please wait for us to telephone you.

If you had a Carers Assessment or Review booked in with us, then there may be a slight delay in this. We will now need to do this by telephone and we will be contacting you in the next few days to re-arrange. If this is urgent - please telephone us on 01744 675 615

We have unfortunately had to cancel all forthcoming training courses, groups and respite activities. We have written to all Carers who had confirmed places. We will publish a new schedule as soon as we can
We are unable to issue new Cards at the moment, if you need a replacement Card you can send us a message or email and we may be able to send a new card out to you in post, but there could be up to a week delay. We are waiving the normal £1 charge for replacement cards.
In Partnership with St Helens Council we are able to offer substantial discounts on Gym Memberships to carers registered with us - however as gyms are currently closed, we will not be processing any applications until further notice.
Some Carers who have received a Carers Assessment for caring for an adult may have been entitled to a personal budget payment. Please note there is currently a delay in these payments especially if the award was for respite breaks that cannot be taken at the moment due to the national "lock down". If you feel the payment needs to be paid urgently, please contact us.
If you have received a personal budget you should continue to send us your receipts, preferably by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by post - you will be unable to bring these receipts in by hand at the moment whilst we are closed. Alternatively you should keep your receipts safe and bring them to us in person when we re-open.
All our young carer respite activites have been cancelled until further notice but we continue to offer support to them and thier families remotely.
